Has the Department of Immigration in Australia requested that
you undertake a DNA test to prove a relationship?
If so, then you will require:
1. Two passport sized photos from each person
to be tested
2. A doctor (or nurse or laboratory worker) to
take the samples from each person, (either our doctors, or your
own doctor)
3. The forms for organising the DNA test, either
for paternity testing or for relationship testing. The forms are
posted below in English and additional languages will be added
continously, alternatively you can contact DNA SOLUTIONS and we
can mail you the forms. Order the immigraton forms for paternity
or other relationships forms. |
